Welcome to 'Tigh Eachainn' - our large self catering house on Skye.
'Tigh Eachainn' is a croft house in Breakish, Isle-of-Skye, suitable for large groups
who wish to have a self catering break. Please contact us for deals on smaller groups and late availability.
The house has magnificent views of the islands of Scalpay, Pabay and Raasay, and it's only a short walk from the golden sands of Ashaig beach.
The west side of the house looks out to 'Beinn Na Cailleach', on the summit of which a princess of Norway was buried long ago.
There are lawns at the front and the back of the house where the children can play. Two decks and an enclosed patio
give you ample space to sit out and admire the view.
If you are musically inclined - there is a piano in the dining room. The house has always had music played in it - here is an air on the uilleann pipes played in our kitchen.
In the evening you can cosy up to the wood-burning stove and sample the library of books and DVDs provided. In the lounge you will find a 36" flat-screen TV with Sky+ subscription. Throughout the house we have tried to provide comfortable and tasteful furnishings to make your self catering holiday in Skye as pleasant as possible.
