We’re selling our hugely successful flagship self-catering property. For the past 6 years it has been booked 30+ weeks of the year, but the two smaller properties are doing equally well, and being closer to home, they’re easier to manage (and we’re not getting any younger), so we’re downsizing.
The property has 3 bedrooms, a large double bedroom which is en-suite and two twin bedrooms. There is also a bathroom and shower-room. Heating is from a very low maintenance electric boiler, supplemented by southward facing photovoltaic panels which generate electricity for the house and for the grid. Yes, this house comes with an income from government FIT payments! We have averaged £1200 per year in the last 6 years and there’s still 19 years to run.
